I say this every year, our Caraflex cabbages make the BEST coleslaw that you ever ate. Very easy to cut - cuts like butter.
I make my coleslaw with carrots, mayonnaise, brown sugar, white balsamic vinegar, dried dill, Hungarian paprika, and salt and pepper. Also in our farm stand today we regular cabbages, some nice little Gonzalez cabbages, parsley, lettuce, yellow beans, squash, collards and kale, Swiss chard, cucumbers, and pickling cucumbers. Corn is also just beginning so you may find some on your visit.
